Meet Adam Laufer, treehouse builder / aerial craftsman

Adam Laufer founded World Treehouses to use his experience and skill to help people connect with the healing aspects of nature. In addition to his love for crafting creative structures in the trees, Adam loves building good relationships—relationships with his clients, with the people he works alongside, and with the forest itself. He loves welcoming clients into the generosity and peaceful presence of the trees by building forest retreats for them and their families. His structures help people spend time appreciating the profound gifts that our great, leafy friends have to offer.

He has been building—as a green builder, conventional builder, ropes course and zipline builder, and treehouse builder—full-time for over 28 years.

Adam lives in a house he built in the trees with his lovely wife of 28 years, Erin, whose love for trees and treehouses (and Adam) has also helped World Treehouses become what it is today.
