1. Tree & Site Assessment

Scope out potential sites within your property with the right size, health and type of trees in the right configuration with each other.

Initial tree climb and assessment by World Treehouses staff.

Consulting arborist report will confirm that trees are healthy.

Owner addresses any zoning and permit issues.

2. Design Process

Partner with our client and their property/trees to create a unique, custom design replete with craftsmanship.

Architectural plans are drawn up.

Owner procures engineering inspection/stamp, if desired (strongly recommended).

3. Treehouse building begins!

Create/acquire beams, brackets, hardware.

Build deck foundation.

Owner procures engineering inspection/stamp, if desired (strongly recommended).

Create/acquire windows and doors.

Frame the treehouse.
