Connie recounts our lead builder's planning efforts: “Adam was very thorough, even in the preparation. We had the arborist from the Biltmore Estate come out and look at all the trees and evaluate their health.” This is standard protocol with our team’s project planning, as the living trees are quite literally the foundation of each build.
Another client, Debbie, recalls of her own experience, “They came out and tromped all over the woods with me to find the perfect trees.” She describes the surprise she had at realizing a tree that seemed ideal to her for the build was deemed unfit by our team. “They were able to see that this tree was not falling down or dying, but there were signs of decline that I was unaware of. So we went on a hunt for the right trees, and found them in a place I would not have expected. And it turned out to be perfect.”
Debbie and Connie know that their families will enjoy their gorgeous hand-crafted treehouses for decades into the future. “It’s not like they're just throwing up a treehouse in any tree that looks good,” says Connie. “No, they've actually prepped this for generations to come.”
